BASIC INTRODUCTORY GUNDOG TRAINING

Classes are held outdoors to ensure your dog learns to listen to you with all the distractions of being outside - as training is based in a rural area there is always plenty going on!

All dogs coming to training must have a current vaccination!

INTERMEDIATE CLASSES: Reinforcement of what the dog has learnt in the elementary class, focusing much more on the obedience side of things. Working towards the bronze, silver and gold awards.

PUPPY CLASSES: You may bring your puppy to classes when your Vet gives an indication he/she can go for walks

The socialization aspect of the training is extremely important and forms the basis for all future social behavior patterns between other dogs and people.

Often with novice puppy owners its better to have a one to one session to familiarize yourself with the methods I use. I only use kind positive training methods to motivate your puppy...

It is essential that you always bring your dogs favourite treats to classes and even more important his favourite toy.

Training your puppy should be a very rewarding experience especially as you achieve a bond and learn together.

Advice and support is always available!

When you have enrolled for dog training lessons you will be provided with a folder containing lots of useful information.
